MMAHIT respects the intellectual-property rights of others and responds to valid notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.
Filing a takedown notice
If you believe content on mmahit.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated contact at [email protected] including all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (e.g. the exact URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
What we do
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material expeditiously and, where appropriate, notify the affected user.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat infringers
We may terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
